How much time do I have? 주어진 시간은?

What's the venue like?  어떤 성격의 모임인가?

What time of the day?  몇 시에 이루어지는가?

Who is the audience?  청중은 누구인가?

What's their background?  청중은 어떤 사람들인가?

What do they expect of me(us)?  나(우리)에게서 무엇을 기대하는가?

Why was I asked to speak?  왜 나보고 발표하라고 했는가?

What do I want them to do?  청중이 어떤 행동을 하기를 바라는가?

What visual medium is most appropriate for this particular situation and audience?  

이런 상황과 청중에게 가장 적절한 시각 매체는?

What is the fundamental purpose of my talk?  내 발표의 근본 목적은?

What's the story here?  어떤 이야기를 할 것인가?
